    Act 57 of 2022; Request for Waiver of Additional Charges; REAL ESTATE TAXES.  Act 57 of 2022 was enacted by
            Coalport Borough Council on January 30, 2023.  Required to be enacted January 9, 2023.  In certain circumstances,
            Act 57 of  2022 by the Department of Community & Economic Development grants a waiver of additional charges
            for late charges for Real Estate Taxes.  The form for this purpose is set forth.         


   
Notice to All Taxpayers in Coalport Borough:

Coalport Borough does not have a TAX COLLECTOR OFFICE; you will need to send your tax payment to P.O. Box 125, Coalport Pennsylvania 16627-0125.  If you desire a Tax Receipt, by law, send an self addressed envelope with postage to the Tax Officer.

Vision Press Office is not the Tax Office.  According to the Coalport Borough Solicitor: "It is unlawful for Borough Business to be conducted with Vision Press business, it is a conflict of interest issue."  

Therefore, ALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO P.O. Box 125, Coalport, Pennsylvania 16627-0125
